We build software that does regulated work, and proves it.
Legal practice, election campaigns and public-sector portfolios share one problem: the work is governed by rules, and the cost of getting it wrong is personal. Our products put AI agents to work inside those rules.
Each product replaces a way of working that no longer holds
| Product | How the work is done today | How our product does it |
|---|---|---|
| Legal-OS | Associates and paralegals read, time-line, diarise and bill by hand. A senior attorney spot-checks citations, or nobody does. Enterprise legal AI is priced for large firms. | Agents read bundles, build chronologies, compute court-day deadlines and draft billing narratives. Every authority is checked and comes back safe, escalated or blocked. An attorney signs off. |
| Election Campaign OS | Paper canvass sheets, WhatsApp groups and a treasurer's spreadsheet checked after the fact. Seat maths in consultants' spreadsheets. | Offline capture of every visit, nightly donor totals with threshold alerts, consent recorded at the door, and a seat engine that follows Schedule 1 of the Municipal Structures Act. |
| ICPMO | Excel PMO workbooks with no audit trail, or foreign project tools whose AI assistants are not bound by public-finance rules. | One live record per project, and agents that change budgets or risks only above a confidence bar the portfolio office sets, with a named person approving anything uncertain. |
What each buyer gets
Managing partner
Job: win matters, meet every deadline, bill fully, stay compliant.
Pain: a fabricated citation with your name on it; Rule 70 write-downs; missed court days.
Our answer: every authority checked before it reaches a court document, at a price a four-attorney firm can carry.
Treasurer and campaign head
Job: run the ground campaign and stay within the funding law.
Pain: a donation crossing the disclosure line unnoticed; voter data handled without consent.
Our answer: nightly donor totals, threshold alerts and a disclosure export ready for sign-off.
Accounting officer or Head of PMO
Job: deliver the portfolio and answer the auditor.
Pain: figures that change without a reason; slippage found too late.
Our answer: every change to a plan carries a reason, a score and a signature.
Four commitments, labelled honestly
Each product shows whether a capability is live, in beta or on the roadmap. We do not describe roadmap work as finished.
Verification before action
Legal-OS checks every citation; EC OS computes funding totals by rule; ICPMO gates every agent step on confidence.
Human authority is final
Agents never file, submit or lodge anything. A named practitioner, officer or reviewer approves.
In-country data
Each product states its own hosting: EC OS on Google Cloud in Johannesburg, Legal-OS specified for AWS Cape Town. Exceptions are disclosed, never hidden.
Audit by design
Every agent output and every human decision leaves a record you can show a court, a regulator or an auditor.
Advantages that are hard to copy
South African rules, encoded and tested
Court procedure, electoral law and public-finance rules are built into the products, not bolted on.
Claims held by tests
Election Campaign OS publishes what it does and what it will not claim, with each claim tied to an automated test.
Small-firm and small-campaign prices
Legal-OS Starter is planned at R3,000 a month for four users. An EC OS ward licence is R1,800.
Nineteen years of relationships
Consulting work in legal, municipal and project environments since 2007 gives us domain depth and pilot partners.
Built in South Africa
In-country data and fluency in South African law are things an offshore vendor cannot easily acquire.
Lean by design
Near-zero infrastructure cost before revenue keeps prices low for independents and small firms.
Prices exclude VAT at the prevailing statutory rate. Legal-OS pricing is indicative until general availability.
