Every authority checked against SAFLII before it reaches a court document.
An AI workforce for South African law firms of 2 to 49 attorneys. It drafts, calculates, assembles and checks, and an attorney signs off before anything leaves the firm.
Prototype · general availability planned for April 2027
Your name is on every filing
South African courts have now dealt with fabricated authorities in Parker, Mavundla and Northbound, and two of those matters were referred to the Legal Practice Council. Using AI does not reduce a practitioner's duty to verify. It raises the cost of skipping the check.
Read the three cases →Three outcomes for every citation
- Safe: found and consistent with the proposition it supports.
- Escalated: needs an attorney's reading before use.
- Blocked: cannot be verified, so the draft cannot be exported with it.
Shown as an outcome. How verification works is not published while our patent application is prepared.
An agent for each recurring job, under one verification rule
Every agent prepares. A named practitioner approves and files.
Research and drafting
First drafts of pleadings, notices, affidavits and contracts in court format, with tables of authorities. Unverified authorities cannot be exported.
Discovery chronologies
A master chronology from a Rule 35 discovery bundle, with contradictions flagged for the attorney to review.
Deadlines and bundles
Deadlines in court days, excluding weekends and public holidays, and paginated bundles ready for CaseLines and Court Online.
Billing narratives
Specific, defensible fee narratives drawn from the matter's activity log, so less is written off on taxation.
Practice compliance
Fidelity Fund Certificates, professional indemnity cover and POPIA retention tracked, with trust reconciliation and FICA report drafts for your compliance officer.
Practice-area agents
Labour, family, tax, conveyancing, trusts and estates, insolvency and maritime agents that know the forms and clocks of each practice.
