Since 2007
Innovation Consult was registered in 2007 in Potchefstroom, North West. For nineteen years we have worked inside regulated environments: law firms, municipalities and project portfolios, where every decision has to be explained to someone.
That work taught us where time is lost and where risk hides. Our three products, Legal-OS, Election Campaign OS and ICPMO, put that knowledge into software that does the work, checks itself, and leaves the final call to a person.
Nineteen years in five steps
Innovation Consult (Pty) Ltd registered (2007/021390/07) and begins consulting in legal, municipal and project environments.
Strategy, PMO and municipal recovery work builds the methods our products now encode.
Election Campaign OS enters beta; Legal-OS and ICPMO reach prototype.
Legal-OS general availability planned for April.
Grow three independent products from a South African base.
Why our mark is a chess knight
The knight is the only chess piece that does not move in a straight line. It reaches squares the others cannot, and it is most powerful when its move is planned several turns ahead. That is how we approach strategy: non-linear, and executed with data.
