An AI agent that drafts, calculates or proposes a change can save hours. In regulated work it can also create liability in seconds. Every Innovation Consult product therefore follows the same pattern: agents prepare, a named person decides, and the system keeps a record.
Three questions every agent must answer
- Was the output checked before it could be used? In Legal-OS, every citation is checked and comes back safe, escalated or blocked. In Election Campaign OS, funding totals are computed by rules, not guessed by a model. In ICPMO, an agent's proposed change passes a confidence gate the portfolio office sets.
- Who approved it? An attorney files the pleading. A finance or compliance officer reviews a funding alert. A portfolio analyst approves a budget change. The agent never submits, files or lodges on anyone's behalf.
- Where is the record? Each decision leaves an audit entry: what was proposed, what was checked, and who approved it.
What this means for a buyer
| Product | The agent prepares | The person decides |
|---|---|---|
| Legal-OS | Drafts, chronologies, court-day deadlines, billing narratives | The attorney signs off and files |
| Election Campaign OS | Donor totals, disclosure exports, referral letters | Finance and compliance officers review; a person submits |
| ICPMO | Reports, re-forecasts, risk rescoring | A PMO analyst or reviewer approves, rejects or edits |
